Today, practitioners of the systemic approach bring a biopsychosocial vision to human social activities and focus their action on the relationship of self to self, self to others and self to cultural context.

Each, in his field, deploys a methodological know-how in the service of the care of relational dynamics, both in the field of mental health, the couple, the family, education, justice, business , etc. Recent research on the efficiency and practices of the systemic approach (Becuwe & Vitry, 2022; Chabanet et al., 2021; Vitry et al., 2020, 2021) have contributed to uniting a community of professionals and to promote the institutionalization of the profession of systems engineer, in particular by questioning the scarcity of training courses.

This inter-university and inter-school congress brings together, for the very first time in France and around the world, partners committed to presenting and discussing existing courses in order to offer participants of today and tomorrow the opportunity to be able to embrace the professions of systemicians in clinical contexts, education, business, integration, couple, family, justice…; so many new professions of the future, highly qualified and essential to a better relational ecology in society. During this congress we will address the following questions in particular:

• what the profession of systems engineer covers and the opportunities offered by this profession,
• the skills associated with this profession in the fields of business, education and clinical practice. ,
• existing training courses,
• actions taken to institutionalize the profession.
