My work environment, the issues and my mode of intervention…
The world I live in today is called VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). In this context, I support the management in the management of their team on a daily basis.
If my job is turned towards the definition of the strategy of the site and its governance, I have often had to manage subjects of suffering at work. I have dealt with situations of harassment, burn-out, suicide attempts and threats and polyaddiction.
I work in close collaboration with the site safety manager who is also the referent in psychosocial risks, the nurse and the occupational doctor. I deployed a mediation system last year and I am now developing a collaboration with a clinical psychologist.
HR Director at Michelin on an industrial site of 700 people in the aeronautics field
After training in Human Resources Management at the IGS, my career was built through 20 years of experience in the industrial world, mainly in human resources management.
Trained in coaching and mediation, I created my own HR consulting company. Supported by my skills and my experience, I invested myself in my local environment through various functions: labor court adviser for 8 years for the “Industry Employer” section, teacher for faculties and management schools.
